Dick Rice, forms and graphic designer, attended Indiana University majoring in Economics and Public Policy. Dick served in the military for two years after graduating form IU. He worked in sales for business forms, first with Perry Printing (Flint, MI) and then Duplex Products (Sycamore, IL) before joining Artworks in 1990. When the Artworks started working from the Macintosh platform, Dick began to focus on business form design. Dick works in Quark for most of his business form design. He has specialized in hospital form design over the years. He is also skilled in InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Dick creates, writes and edits copy for most of the studio’s projects. He also handles all the accounting, billing and organizational aspects of the business. A man of all traits.
